Warranty and Returns Policy

Please refer to the site Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. This Warranty and Returns Policy, along with the aforementioned Policies, governs your use of this Website.

Customers have five (5) days from the date of receiving an order to notify Kawartha TV & Stereo of any shortage of product in a shipment or incorrect parts in a shipment.

Kawartha TV & Stereo will supply a 30 day warranty (based on the selling date of the order invoice) all parts. Defective parts must be returned in the same condition as received. Kawartha TV & Stereo will, at our discretion, replace or refund the amount paid by a customer for a part deemed defective under the warranty term.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred for any returned product. Kawartha TV & Stereo does not cover shipping charges for returned products.
